PlayStation has been extremely quiet when it comes to revealing details about their new console. Outside of a logo reveal and a few other minor things they haven’t revealed much of anything and everyone has been speculating when we would get more information on the PS5.
The speculation can end as PlayStation announced early this morning that Tomorrow, March 18th at 9 am PT on the PlayStation Blog, PlayStation’s long time lead system architect Mark Cerny will “provide a deep dive into PS5’s system architecture, and how it will shape the future of games”.
From what we’ve read from the announcement it looks like we will hear about certain specs and features for the PS5. I don’t imagine we will learn of any new games or get a console reveal until a bit later down the line.
The PlayStation 5 is set for release in Holiday 2020.
