Rocksteady Games have been quiet ever since their release of Batman Arkham Knight back in 2015. Rumors have been running around for a while as to what their next game would be, such as a Superman game, a Batman sequel, or a Suicide Squad Game. In this case, the latter was actually correct.
Rocksteady released the announcement of the Suicide Squad game all across their social media early this morning.
As is obvious from the announcement, Rocksteady’s next game is coming soon and more info on the title will be revealed on August 22nd at DC FanDome.
Any information on what will exactly be announced and/or shown is pure speculation at this point. We don’t know whether this will be a title for next-gen consoles only or whether it’ll be released on the current-gen, then released later for next-gen. Luckily, there’s not a long wait to find out at least some of the answers we’re waiting for.
