Ubisoft has its fair share of franchises that retained its notoriety for a long time. Franchises such as Watch Dogs and FarCry have been a staple in the industry for years, but the one franchise that is the most recognizable is Assassin’s Creed.
Throughout every release of an Assassin’s Creed game, Ubisoft always manages to gain significant traction for each title simply because of the name attached. This time around with their most recent installment of Assassin’s Creed Valhalla, Ubisoft has kept up traction and then some.
Today, Ubisoft officially announced that Assassin’s Creed Valhalla is the biggest launch in Assassin’s Creed history. Valhalla sold more units in its launch period than any other Assassin’s Creed title did in that same time. Valhalla has also become Ubisoft’s best-selling PC launch.
With reviews of the game being pretty positive for the most part and with the game now on track to be a success financially, Assassin’s Creed Valhalla has certainly lived up to the standards that Ubisoft was looking for.
