Back in February, PlayStation announced that a selection of their first-party exclusive games would be coming to PC in the future. It started with games such as Horizon Zero Dawn and Death Stranding, now Days Gone is as joining that list as well.
We’ve known that Days Gone would be coming to PC in the spring of 2021 but now we have an official release date. Days Gone will release for PC on May 18th with improved graphics and framerate. A trailer for the PC release was revealed along with the release date announcement.
In a PlayStation Blog post, Online Community Specialist at Bend Studio, Kevin McAllister gave a message on the announcement, which you can read an excerpt from below.
Days Gone is coming to PC! We cannot wait to see more players experience the epic journey of Deacon St. John, a former outlaw biker now drifter and bounty hunter trying to survive in a post- apocalyptic open world where danger lurks around every corner. Explore the sprawling Pacific Northwest high-desert on your trusty Drifter bike as you try to maneuver around collapsed bridges, abandoned vehicles, ambush traps and blocked tunnels. Scavenge supplies from abandoned buildings to craft assorted items, barter with local camps and gear up for the ride through an infested ever-changing environment.Online Community Specialist at Bend Studio, Kevin McAllister
