The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild is heralded as one of the best games to release in the past decade. A few years ago, Nintendo announced a sequel to the game with a teaser. Last year at E3, Nintendo showcased brief footage of the game showcasing new features. The game was subsequently announced for a release window of 2022.
Today, Nintendo has officially announced that the sequel to The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild has been delayed from 2022 to Spring 2023. The Legend of Zelda Series Producer, Eiji Aonuma made the news official in a video on the Nintendo Youtube Channel.
Any details on when we a new extended look at the sequel are unknown at this time.
