We’ve entered that time of the year where we await an update from Activision on the next Call of Duty title. This year has been a little bit different since we usually get our first Call of Duty info around May or June in a year. It’s now July and we’ve yet to hear anything but it’s clear that’s going to be changing very soon.
It was already leaked a while back that the potential name for this year’s Call of Duty would be Blacks Ops Cold War. ModernWarzone first reported a leaked Doritos promotion and not only has Cold War now been confirmed to be the name of this year’s title, but we’ve also gotten a first look at the logo as well.
The promotion starts on October 5th and whether or not this will be the launch date is not known at this time. We’ll be sure to keep you updated as more info from other sources or Activision themselves comes out.
